I m trying to write a shader for parallax occlusion mapping at the moment but there are a few problems and i hope somebody can help me here.
I m not sure i see the parallax ness of the map it seems to be a simple google map to me.
Restore normal from normal map.
Then under shader generation params select the parallax occlusion mapping parameter.
